LYHA assessments (dues) are set at $200 per lot annually and become due January 1 of each year. Periodic courtesy emails are sent to homeowners however, payments can be made at any time. Approximately 44% of these funds are dedicated to maintain the health of Lake Yvette. The remainder is used for common area maintenance, legal fees, insurance (comprehensive, fidelity, officer liability), and other miscellaneous expenses.
Payments should be made to LYHA using one of the 3 options:
1) online – see website page for instructions
2) mail checks to 96 Raymond Rd., Havana, FL 32333 or,
3) ACH - send an email to the Lake Yvette treasurer for more information.
